Important Note About Our Role

We are not a direct carrier or transportation provider. We facilitate bookings between you and third-party service providers. The actual travel services are provided by these third parties, and their own terms and conditions apply to your travel.

3. Booking Process

The booking process involves several steps that you must complete accurately to ensure successful reservation of travel services.

Booking Requirements

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information
  • Passenger details must match exactly with government-issued identification
  • All required fields must be completed before submission
  • You must review all booking details before confirmation

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive:

  • Immediate on-screen confirmation with a booking reference number
  • Email confirmation within 24 hours with detailed itinerary
  • E-ticket or booking voucher (as applicable)
  • Payment receipt and invoice

Booking Verification

It is your responsibility to verify all booking details upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to our customer service within 2 hours of booking confirmation. After this period, changes may be subject to service provider policies and additional fees.

  • Budget Fares: Often non-refundable but may allow date changes with fees
  • No-show: Typically results in forfeiture of entire fare

Train Cancellations

  • Flexible Tickets: Refundable up to 24 hours before departure
  • Saver Tickets: Partial refunds available with fees
  • Advance Purchase: Non-refundable but may allow changes

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our customer service
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Our service fees may be non-refundable

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refund and cancellation policies may be adjusted according to service provider policies and applicable laws. We will assist you in communicating with service providers under such circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you have several important responsibilities:

Travel Documentation

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have valid passports with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond travel dates)
  • Obtaining necessary visas and travel permits
  • Meeting health requirements (vaccinations, COVID-19 tests, etc.)
  • Carrying appropriate identification for travel

Check-in & Boarding

  • Arriving at the airport/station within recommended timeframes
  • Checking baggage allowances and restrictions
  • Confirming flight/train status before departure
  • Following all carrier instructions and regulations

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking is accurate. Incorrect information may result in denied boarding, additional fees, or complete loss of fare. Name changes after booking are generally not permitted and may require rebooking at current rates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BookingReservationDesk.online, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and website design, is the property of BookingReservationDesk or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • Print copies of booking confirmations for personal use

Prohibited Use

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookingReservationDesk.online, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to our Services

  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations

You may also refer complaints to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or other relevant consumer protection agencies in your jurisdiction.
